Is the Chrysler 200 considered a luxury car?

Chrysler's "imported from Detroit" Eminem commercials from 2010 definitely seem to suggest they are marketing the car to be luxury. They say whether a car is a luxury car is kind of like porn; you can't describe it easily but you know it when you see it MaxiSYS MS906.

To my customers the car kind of looks like it could be a luxury car, reasonably "shiny" and pretty, but from certain angles kind of not when compared to cars like the Cadillac CTS or even the Lincoln MKZ which definitely "look" luxury. My customers can't tell with the Chrysler 200...most websites say that it is meant to compete with the likes of the Ford Fusion, which is a lovely car but definitely not marketed as a "luxury" car, and doesn't try at all to look like one. They are about the same price though. Actually my customers think the Chrysler 200 is a little cheaper in most comparable configurations. What are peoples' thoughts?
